Very good fishing but the owner is a prat he dose not like or want match anglers . He wants people with rod and flote fishing like it was 40 years ago not match anglers with there poles and bags and boxes

I've been fishing at villa farm fishing for 15 years now Chris the owner is crackin bloke and it's up to him what rules he has and if you can't obey those rules stay away , brilliant place to fish loads of different species to be caught

I've been fishing at these lakes for nearly 20 years. Very rare in that time not to catch. Excellent variety of fish all in good condition. Its 1 and half hour drive for me to get there now but always worth the trip. Chris is a great bloke. Always friendly and up for a laugh. Makes me smile the people who criticise the rules. They are there to protect the fish and Chris quite rightly is proud of the place.

Superb fishing with an owner who prioritises the welfare of the fish. All rules benefit keeping the fish in top quality condition and the owner (Chris) has been nothing but helpful and welcoming since I started fishing there at the start of the year (2023), as have many of the long term regular anglers who fish there. Highly recommended.

This was always my favorite place to fish when I lived in the UK. Excellent collection of mixed species of fish, all well cared for. The ownwe Chris was always friendly and helpfull

Only been here once and once only, The fishing was Brill how eva the owner would so arrogant the rules changed throughout the day the regulars would report u for the slightest thing although the pounds had carp you are not allowed to use the bait for them as it upsets the regulars
