After waiting on the phone for 47 mins a male answered and said good morning your through to and then cut the phone off. I have a parcel that been stuck there for nearly 2 weeks now.

Sent a parcel (48hr Tracked) on 11th December it has been sat at SMMC for 3 days then went back to Sheffield and is now back at SMMC. Cant get in contact with anyone, just have to keep fingers crossed it gets there eventually. Funny thing is the delivery address is not far from the depot. Not great!!!

Several packages lost arriving this deep pocket centre. Royal Mail do something about this! There was even one occasion when tracking says delivered(it was not) but no employee name and the photo has only the package no other detail is visible like door, doorway, nothing. This is more than suspicious!

What is wrong with Royal Mail South Midlands Mail Centre?I've had several items that arrive there, according to the tracking information, and then disappear into a big black hole. Sometimes they have found their way out many days, or weeks later, and on a couple of occasions, disappeared into outer space!Unfortunately, I've lost all faith in Royal Mail, not only for parcels, but also for normal letters.No wonder they're on a downward decline.

What's the point in paying for 48 hour delivery if it doesn't turn up within 48 hours?Or, you know, maybe even the next day?So disappointing to see Royal Mail fall into disrepute.

48hr tracked package..... was dispatched 08/09/23 its been stuck at South Midlands Sorting centre since 10/09/23, its now 15/09/23...... and my package is still there... its laughable service considering I paid more to receive it earlier.... no customer service support at all... absolute Joke of a company. A once great service has unfortunately been left to rot.

South Midland MC has had my parcel for nearly 4 weeks now, no contact from them what’s so ever about delivery - can’t get through to them on the phone just a voice mail. This is a shocking service. I would give you ZERO stars I’d I had the option

I sent my parcel on Tuesday as 1st class with 24h tracking. My parcel has been sitting here for the last 48h and I can’t get hold of anyone to tell me what are they waiting for to deliver my parcel!!! I paid for fast service for a reason!!! This is ridiculous!!!! Worst service ever!!!
