DO NOT BOTHER WASTING YOUR TIME - I’ve had 2 instances with Anthony where he has been either rude for no reason or just completely wasted my time.First time I made an appointment, he got the date wrong, and showed up early to which I said I wasn’t available (I live away from the property). Then he goes back to the original day and gives a three hour slot. Closer to the time I ask if it’s okay to come at a time WITHIN that time slot he gave me and he sends the rudest message saying it’s the second time I’ve rearranged - it’s not my fault you can’t remember the discussed date and show up at the wrong time.I foolishly decide to contact again. I arranged for him to come on a Monday at 4:30. I give him a call and he forgets or is tied up somewhere else. Just like him I also work and took time out but it’s him that couldn’t honour the time. I had to ring him to ask him, I didn’t even get a courtesy call to say I’m sorry I won’t be making it.Then when we agree a new time of 11am on a Thursday, I call after 11 to find out where he is and he’s on his way from the other side of Manchester. Strange, late again and no call. I decide to wait and explain to go into the property it’s currently open at the moment because there is someone round to do an electricity check but he won’t get in the way of measuring a window. He texts at 12:30 to say I’m on my way. I ring at 1 to follow up on the measurement - no answer. I ring again - no answer. I text a few days later and he says oh you said there was someone round so I didn’t go. Did you bother to tell me? Why have you text me to say you’re on the way then? Odd. I had once taken time out and scheduled everything around his timing, I don’t live near the property at all.Absolute joke of a company - zero customer skills. Watch him reply to this but he knows the truth. Oh and I was getting these blinds replaced because they broke - guess who did these blinds a couple years ago - Same company. I’ve had complaints about those blinds constantly even when they were only 6 months old. I even went to repair them once with my brother as the track had fallen off in two of the rooms. The cheapest blinds I’ve seen, my own fault but I thought of convenience. You get what you pay for with this company - expect your blinds to fall off after a few months, awful customer service And just a general disregard for someone’s time.*update in response to your comment*If you wanted me to be there at the property, I would have come round, but I thought for a simple task of measuring one window you didn’t need me there. You speak about timings and arranging properly - if you had come at 11am as the agreed time, the electrician wouldn’t have even been there and I would have, waiting for you. Why don’t you apply the same principle then and also the previous Monday when you just decided to not turn up again. Some very odd business principles you work to.No thanks - don’t want to have to replace my blinds again after a few years. Blinds are meant to last far longer than 4 years.
