STC Tiles & Bathrooms

Stc tiles and bathrooms started my bathroom beginning of August and to date they still have not completed it despite numerous calls and text messages even after reporting leakage .today I have had to pay another plumber to put right leaks that have been ignored by stc tiles and bathrooms would definitely not recommend this company

I spent a lot of hard earned cash with these people. I have a nice new bathroom but hot water pressure is virtually nil so both bath and shower are unusable. Guy who fitted bathroom, who I have chased a number of times isn’t interested in helping. Just says HW pressure must always have been a problem which is not true. Very good at salesman patter but don’t expect any help if stuff goes wrong.

Friendly and a good tile bathroom shop.

Just drove past the shop by chance having had some tile samples from an online shop which we weren't happy with. Decided to pop in and James pulled out a perfect tile which was exactly what we were looking for straight away and ended up beating the competitive online prices despite the rrp being much higher. He came out the following week and measured up to make sure we ordered the right number as well as give us a quote. We have gone ahead and bought the tiles as they were perfect and although the quote is very reasonable for the fitting, James was really understanding when we said we'd like to get others to compare. Very happy with their knowledge and advice :)

We went to STC tiles / Elysium at the beginning of August needing some help and advice. We talked with Jonathan. We wanted to look at their range of tiles.. I was personally not impressed with their small range of offerings, not much help or tile selection to choose from. We chose another company for our home bathroom project.

After viewing the showroom an appointment was made to measure and design our bathroom. The sales manager never arrived and only when we rang the shop did he come later that evening. We agreed on a design and fitments that we had viewed and he said he would let us have a quote by the weekend or beginning of the following week- that is now nearly 5 weeks ago!! What a waste of time!!!

Very bad water leakage through kitchen ceiling lights, in lounge through light switch, filler in door jamb came out, skirting and tile movement from wall, back bedroom wall paintwork 'blistered ' with water leakage from installing thermostatic shower system requested pattern on new shower doors very late installation after receipt in shop, then shower running cold when it should be hit. All in all not a good experience still not rectified 22.12 2022 would not recommend.

Fantastic service from STC both at the showroom and with their on site services. Nothing to much trouble from start to finish. James in the showroom was very professional, explained their products and services very well and gave a great price. On site, Clive and his team provided a professional and very high quality service leaving us with a perfect finished high spec floor. We could not have asked for more from them and will certainly be using them again. Highly recommended

Had a full bathroom refit all sorted through stc, very happy with how it looks and they were a few problems but they were quick to resolve them, so definitely recommend them, thanks stc
