From the lady in the shop, who left us alone until we asked for help, then she was great. The estimator was quick and spot on. The fitters were just outstanding, real gentlemen, who did a first class job, and despite being under pressure to get to another job, never made us feel that, and finished off perfectly. All round excellent customer service - very impressed!

I can't rate the team at House Of Carpets highly enough. The customer service is excellent, attentive and efficient. And the skill level of the installation team is excellent too. I'm so pleased with the result. I honestly see no reason going elsewhere now and will certainly work with them in the future.

A very pleasant carpet fitter and his keen apprentice did an excellent job fitting my stair carpet . The appoint was 12-12.30 pm. They came with apologies at 1pm. So 4 out of 5 stars. The workmanship warranted 5.I should say that being able to choose from home made the whole project possible for me. Thank you and Peter for the service.

Top service from start to finish with House of Carpets. In store initially the ladies helped me choose a hard wearing carpet for my daughters bedroom as she is a wheelchair user.Then the gentleman came and quoted to remove the old carpet (as I was not able to) and make good the uneven floor, glue the underlay to the floor, glue the carpet to the underlay and fit the carpet and new flat level door strips. He was so helpful and gave me some good advice about what needed to be done.The communication when booking the quote and fitting was very professional and they managed to get me booked in for the fitting in just a few days.Then the two fitters came and did a grand job of removing old one and the old broken down underlay which had turned to black dust. They filled the uneven floor with quick setting compound. Then did a cracking job of fitting the new one, cleaned up after themselves and removed all the rubbish. They were very polite and friendly.I would highly recommend House of Carpets as a professional company who take pride in the service they provide and provide great customer service (see before and after photos).

Excellent service. Guys turned up on time; laid sub-floor and flooring without any hassle then left everywhere clean and tidy. Will definitely be using HoC for future flooring projects and would highly recommend.
