Kingsford Serviced Offices - Albany Street

Extremely poor service. Used their secure mail for years, only to find out today that they have moved our secure mail out of a locker we have keys to, and moved it into a folder that sits there for anyone to access/take without even telling us. They have literally sold something we pay for to someone else but are still charging us the same every month. Also found out that our key we have for the box fits everyone else's secure" box as well
