BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE.Really easy and pleasant to deal with. The vehicle was hired through a 3rd party due to a warranty issue with my own vehicle. From the delivery driver to customer service, I couldn't fault them. I was really impressed with the spec of the vehicle. The one thing that was a great help, was that I had forgot to pay a toll on time, and if they had have just passed it up the line and put all the admin fees on, I would have been in it for hundreds. I notified them a letter was coming their way. They phoned me once it had landed, and allowed me to pay the fine swiftly, so that I didn't incur any admin fees. I thought that was really decent of them, especially as we now appear to live in a world where customer service is non existent. Well they obviously pride themselves on it.

Next Customer Service and Vehicles are Excellent. The cost of each Rental is fantastic. One word to say Superb""

Fantastic and quick service. I required a van however what I thought I needed was not available. Paul asked the right questions and was able to recommend a superb alternative at an affordable price. Can't thank them enough as it was required at very short notice. Highly recommend them.

Great van rental. Cheap and friendly people. Vans are clean and have very little mileage.

I rented a camper van from them, the whole process was a breeze Makesh was pleasant to deal with and i found the price to be competitive. I will be using this company again and i highly recommend them.
