Burnham Cycles

I rented one of the electric peddle assist bikes over the May Bank Holiday weekend and absolutely loved it! Having been on electric bikes in the past with handle bar throttles, I was incredibly pleased with the peddle assist as it felt much much safe! The hills we went up were an absolute breeze and the off roading down Holkham and the coastal path from Wells was a treat. Dillon was very informative about the bike and knowledgable about the area. Definitely recommend! P.S loved the pannier to put our pick nick in.

We hired two electric bikes during our holiday and Dillon was really helpful. We had a fantastic experience and couldn't recommend Burnham Cycles enough.

Review of Burnham Cycles.My visit was while on vacation in the area. I arrived unannounced for a check/adjust my Genesis gravel bike's front derailleur.The owner and proprietor, Dillon, was more than happy to check the bicycle immediately. He has all the kit required for all types of repair. I was on the road again within 30mins!A top class service from an excellent local bicycle mechanic with a great 'can do' attitude. The price was very competitive. I can highly recommend!A quick note on how to find Burnham Cycles: it's on North Street; there is a driveway on the left-hand side where the road ends. It's located at a private residence just up the driveway. We missed the business sign on the gate at the first time of looking but persevered!

Dillon is THE only and best person to go to around here for cycling related. We handed in our bikes for chain / break servicing and he had the bikes returned to us the following day. He really knows his stuff and is a really really nice guy too. SO pleased to have this on our doorstep, we are very lucky! I would recommend without hesitation.

Can't recommend Dillon enough. Helped us out of a real scrape at very short notice, sorted an awkward puncture repair and had our coffee trike back on the road in no time. Friendly, great to deal with and for sure a real local asset.

Dillon made our trip in North Norfolk all the better. We were able to rent great bikes and for a timetable that suited our trip. We extended the rental period for an extra day, which was really useful! Helmets, locks and saddle bags available. The price was also really affordable. Would 10/10 recommend and will get bikes here when we visit again in the future!

We were on a cycling trip from Hunstanton to Blakeney and stopped by a few towns along the way. We stopped at Burnham market for a quick late lunch before continuing. We returned to our bike and found out that the front wheel tire was punctured. As this was our first trip, we started to panic as the hotels in the area was fully booked. The time was about 17:10 when we found Burnham Cycles. We gave them a quick call to check if there were closed as Google Maps said the closing time was by 17:00. Once we arrived, Dillon was in his bike shed working on his bikes. He greeted us and quickly sorted the front wheel of the punctured bike saving us from a potential disastrous trip. Since we were unsure about the cycle route, he suggested us to go via Holkham Hall as the view was great and we wouldn't have to detour. Dillon went an extra mile to ensure our experience at the bike shop and our trip went smoothly.

Dillon at Burnham Cycles really went the extra mile for our hire of three e-bikes and a road bike. He accommodated us despite a mix up with the booking, made sure everyone was properly fitted and briefed on their bikes, took them for a short test ride and even provided a great route for us to follow..
