EcoHaus Internorm - South West

We first came across EcoHaus at the Homebuilding and Renovation show at Sandown Park in 2022. We were looking for sliding doors for our new extension and were impressed by the Internorm product line. Although we were a little nervous about ordering doors for an extension before it was built, the whole process exceeded our expectations. EcoHaus provided a detailed specification, following their on-site survey, and were happy to speak to, and meet with, our builder to ensure everything went to plan.

EcoHaus Internorm recently fitted windows on our new build house. From the initial contact and design process through to the installation and aftercare we found the service to be open, honest and first class. We are delighted with the results - the windows are high quality and value for money, making a real difference to the feel of our new home. Ecohaus recently fitted the doors and windows on 3 contemporary new builds for me.The end result is fantastic quality and value for money ( which isnt the same as cheap!From the sales team working honestly and openly working through options, then the ordering and detailing team and finally the fitters, it has been a pleasure to work with them

The team were always clear managing expectations, booked in dates as and when we had any questions or issues; we had to replace some manufacturer sliding doors which was all straightforward. We particularly appreciated the visiting teams and their diligence making sure we were satisfied.

Being badly let down by another Window Company at the ninth hour, I remembered seeing a stand at the NSBRC Swindon for EcoHaus. After an initial phone call and subsequent visit to the showroom in Nailsworth we met Nick who put us at ease and responded to our product requirements. He gave us information we didn’t know about and advised on alternatives. By early evening we had received a very acceptable quote. Nick and the team have given us exemplary service, all communications throughout addressed efficiently and installed by a knowledgable crew. The quality of the triple glazed Velfac windows, Visiline BiFold and Internorm door are impressive and look amazing in our on going barn conversion project. From our experience I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend EcoHaus South West.

EcoHausI spent a long time researching replacement windows for my house and finally chose EcoHaus. They gave me triple glazed Internorm windows and doors of which the product itself is top quality. From start to finish EcoHaus Internorm ooze quality and professionalism. The whole process from choosing my particular windows and doors to their installation was so smooth. I was given good advice throughout and I never felt rushed at all. I visited the showroom twice to double check everything and to ask all the important questions. Vasilis was so helpful. The final result is 16 top quality windows and doors in my new self build house. When family and friends come to visit they are amazed by the quality and at least 3 have made contact with EcoHaus Internorm regarding their own projects. I have to make special mention of the installation team, Pedro, Eduardo and Tiago, who were beyond outstanding. Their attention to detail was phenomenal and nothing was ever too much for these guys. They clearly love the quality of the products they work with and they made absolutely sure they were fitted with perfection.
