Placed 2 orders so far and will be doing more in the future. I can't tell you how good the service is. I've done a phone order and internet order. Both flawless. One was delivered same day lol and one next day. Absolutely nuts. Everyone's polite. Driver both times used head when placing items on drive. Very very impressed. Built a pergola a screen fence and a cat run so far. Deck next. Thanks forestall.

I can't fault Forestrall, I ordered some timber online early in the morning one evening, the next morning it was delivered to my doorstep. A couple of days later I noticed an issue with said timber (unfortunately after I had cut it to size) and within hours and on the same day I rang, they were at my doorstep with timber to replace all of it. Unfortunately one of the pieces had a similar issue but it was graciously taken away with a promise of a replacement. Top marks and way above and beyond what I would normally expect.

Ordered Tuesday and they delivered Friday.Only timber delivery still operating in Kent during Covid-19.Price was lower than any quotes I got elsewhere from competitors, who could not deliver for the foreseeable future and service was friendly and professional.I never write reviews, but these guys have been brilliant, many thanks!!!

It's not often you have occasion to leave a first class review so I would like to take this opportunity to say what a great service we received from Forestrall Medway. From the point of ordering our sleepers on Monday to the delivery just two days later (the wood having been cut to our specific size requirement) the service was second to none. Simon, in the office, was both professional and personable with Freddie filling in the quiet times whilst his colleague was 'concentrating'. Sean, in the yard, came up trumps by satisfying this fussy woman customer and selecting similar shades of timber. Finally, the delivery driver (Dan?) helped unload our order despite the hot temperature and the sweat pouring from him. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and would definitely return in the future should the need arise.

Thank you for all your help with our purchase for railway sleepers to say we are happy is an understatement. From ordering to Delivery we received a first class service. Our Lawn was completely damaged due to the Hot Summer frosty Winter and having Three dogs. After lots of work carried out by my Husband we are delighted with the results.
