I have been a client of Katie’s for 18 months. I was a keen advocate of an expensive beauty brand but I took Katie’s advice and changed my products and routine and this has made a significant difference to my skin. I suffered from dry and dull skin and my skin tone has noticeably improved! As a result I don’t need to pile on the foundation! I trust Katie’s advice and for each appointment she will tailor the treatment to what my skin needs whilst balancing with my own skin goals. I cannot recommend Katie enough…. Katie is an expert in medical-grade skincare, I wouldn't go to anyone else for my skin! She is so professional and makes you feel at ease:) When I first visited Katie, I had moderate-severe acne and lacked a lot of self-confidence. Katie put me on a skincare program and we made small tweaks to my lifestyle and here I am, 3 years later and completely acne free. Its been a long journey but one I'm so happy to have had Katie's support with.

I arrived early for my appointment with Katie, and was pleased to see she was ready for me, and well prepared for my treatment. I leave Katie to decide which treatment is appropriate for me, as I trust her implicitly in her knowledge and expertise. She is an exemplary professional, making clients feel respected, individual and pampered. Katie firstly is so lovely, friendly & welcoming and it is apparent instantly that she cares about your individual skin needs & has a passion to want to help. This girl's knowledge is just amazing, she's the real deal, sometimes there's no quick fix but her results are long term. She helps you understand your skin which is so important. She's literally transformed my life after suffering for 20 years with acne & with her continued support, advice & her knowledge, I feel for the first time I'm in control. She's also helped with my perioral dermatitis when NHS doctors could not. Katie's care for you & your skin goes beyond your clinic visit. She's always been available to support me through my journey & keep me positive. The treatments she offers are fabulous and bespoke. I could not recommend her more for any skin related issue or to find the best way to look after your skin. I wouldn't go anywhere else or use any other products. I absolutely love seeing Katie for my treatments.

Katie is amazing!! I've had a few treatments with her now and treated myself to some advised skin care products. Katie is incredibly knowledgeable and has been able to not only help me with skin issues but explain to me why my skin problems occured in the first place. I won't go anywhere else for skin treatments now. Cannot recommend her enough.

Katie is an exceptional human, her work is so high grade and the time she spends on you, whether for a treatment or consultation is second to none.During my consultation I felt so at ease and relaxed, she went through everything and the history behind me rather than a 10min standard consultation. I just knew she understood what my needs would be rather than treating me like 'another acne client'.Her treatments are so bespoke and fits the individual client.I've suffered from adult acne and worse during the lockdowns, after 1 treatment of acne extraction I could see a huge difference in my skin.She recommended 3 skin products which has made a huge difference to my skin too.I've had my second extraction and have booked in for a third.Katie is totally honest and told me it's a journey but my skin will get there.
