We recently had Murten's to fit internal doors. From our visit to their showroom to completion we found their service to be very good indeed. At a time when so many tradesmen give the impression that the customer is an inconvenience, they clearly have the customers' satisfaction at the heart of their work. Their doors are of a very good standard indeed, their pricing is competitive and the attention to detail by the team of joiners fitting the doors was reassuring. When requesting the services of any company or tradesmen, good communication is so important. Murtens rang to confirm arrival of the doors, they negotiated and confirmed a date for fitting and, when a slight adjustment to one of the doors was required a day later, they were quick to respond and rectify.I would therefore recommend Murten's unreservedly

We visited the showroom two days ago not really knowing our preferences. We were spoilt for choice with the huge selection of types, styles and designs of door that were available. Paul was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and time was no object. We finished up with doors completely different to what we had in mind. We were extremely fortunate that the doors were fitted the day after (yesterday) and we can honestly say they are amazing. What a transformation. The workmanship and service was second to none and we would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone wishing for internal or external doors to be fitted. The joiners cleaned up after them and took away the old doors. Job done.

Had 3 internal doors fitted today, 2 half glass and 1 solid doors all in finished light oak. The fitters Luke and Owen arrived on time, their work was first class, everything left clean and tidy and very polite guys.Paul Murten Joinery may not be the cheapest ( I didn’t compare ) but they certainly delivery a first class product at acceptable prices, would recommend too anyone wanting a 5 star service.

Rang this morning asking for a quote for a fire door foor my flat.got told they would ring me back ,never heard anything back,will not recommend them never
