Staff where rude . ignored people waiting while they chatted to each other and ate. Very skow. Very incompetent staff also.

A very gloomy atmosphere. I went in with a positive attitude and came out feeling glum due to the way I was treated by staff. It seemed like they didn't want to be there

Horrific. A lot of Nepatism and quite questionable decisions and behaviour from certain staff. Complete inability and unwillingness to recognise reality in certain situations . Almost bordering on a hatred of attendees .Attitude towards visitors seemed biased on a political basis , managers from Bessbrook area are members of organisations not favourable to people from an Irish Background .Some great staff but also some staff who are power and control hungry. They need to realise they are affecting people and childrens lives .I can only wish that they experience a small amount of the stress they cause people in 2024.Disgraceful .
