Poole Yacht Club
One of the worst yacht clubs I've had the displeasure to visit. Full of gereatrics who seem to run the place. Food was at best Subway standard and management had a 'take it or leave it' attitude. I have been in nicer and more polite seaman's missions, in fact compared to this shower of (you know what) the missions are 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Just returned from PYC. Very disappointed with lunch. Waited an hour for a tuna sandwich, sausage baggette and some chips. It didn't arrive so we left. Will think again before eating there again.

Mid week it's just like a golf club. Middle aged, middle class, old people who all know each other.Also the same is that the socialising is probably more important than the actually doing the golf/boating ? No bad thing I'm sure

We had such a lovely stay for 2 nights. We were contacted by Stan and treated so warm and made to feel very welcome. Very clean facilities, easy walk to Poole shops and restaurants. Perfect stay.

Superb spot for any avid sailor. This sailing club has superb facilities and a great crowd of young and old, competitive and pleasure sailors.

Visited recently for sailing and refreshment. Very helpful members and friendly atmosphere. The club was far from the formal and stuffy place I had expected.

Absolutely ignorant to complaints. Appear to car nothing about some members and those living around them. If this was the last Yacht Club in Poole I personally would sell my boat rather than fund this uncooperative organisation
