Drivers are all top notch great service. Been great for my commute as wouldn’t be able to do it without them. Office staff on phone are mostly great. Great service fair prices.Would recommend adding other local attractions like Easton farm park to the route as Easton has no public transport

Easy to use app with friendly driver and efficient service. Return pick-up was a little delayed and so I called number and got a reply. Would be a good idea to include live updates in the app so waiting passengers know what’s happening.

Fantastic service, friendly driver and well on time for the train from Wickham Market station. App was easy to use for booking the bus. Brilliant green initiative with the electric bus.

What a fantastic idea !I enjoyed a day out in Framingham with family, my driver Nick made the journey a pleasure & was full of local knowledge.Will certainly be using this service again.

The Campsea Ashe katch bus is an absolute life line for us with no car, we would be lost without it, getting to the doctors, shops, post office etc would be impossible without the katch service. Friendly fantastic driver too.

Great service for transporting a group from Wickham Market to Snape and back. Friendly drivers, quick, perfect timing, clean minibuses. Definitely would use again!

An absolutely marvellous service with incredibly helpful staff. The community would be lost without it. I have mainly used it to go to Framlingham and the station at Campsea Ashe . The booking staff do everything to try to accommodate requests… do try it. I have also used the Community bus to catch a train and Julie was a delight, so cheerful and kind. Please keep this service going .

We wanted to travel from Framlingham to Wickham Market railway station on a strike day so found and booked a Katch service. Our driver Shafi phoned me to ensure I was aware that the trains were not running and that I still wanted to travel. Colour me impressed. And the service was great - he showed up perfectly on time, was friendly and courteous too. I'll be sure to use Katch again when I'm local.

Absolutely love having this service. My son has got a part time summer job in Framlingham & I am not always around to drive him. Being able to book him on the bus to & from Campsea is a God send. I really hope the service stays.

We caught a bus from Wickham Market to Framlingham Castle during the Easter Hols with 3 children (we don't run a car - so services like this are much needed). We called up for the service rather than use the app.The drivers were absolutely brilliant: friendly and relaxed - we ordered the return service too. All perfect. Thank you. More please!
