Choi Kwang Do Wembley
I came in for my introductory session and loved it. It was a postitive and friendly environment full of big smiles. Master Banfield was very welcoming and clear with his explanation regarding the art. For the first time I felt connected to a marital art where the movements were so meaningful for the mind and the body. If you have time give it a go, it's definitely worth it!!:)

I attended the Beginner's Introductory Session by Master Banfield. The session was quite rewarding and refreshing. It was my first time trying a form of Martial Arts. The class was very informative, beginner friendly and has a good pace. Master Banfield was very approachable and provided constructive feedback. The classes are very organised and structured. If you an interest towards martial arts, I would definitely recommend attending the introductory session.

Love this place keeps me fit an is improving my flexibilityall the time an constantly learning new things. The instructors are all very friendly an look after you. They are always there to help you if you struggle with anything with a friendly approachable attitude. I have to say master Banfield an the rest of the instructors have been the best i have ever been taught by. They always make me want to come back to class an achieve the best that i can an take that one step closer towards certain victory. Pil-Seung

Very fun and informative, I've done the introduction class and I learnt so much. Classes are an hour long and full of energy. Highly recommended.

Since our children started in Choi Kwang Do, me and my wife noticed that they have more confidence in themselves,making them more socially active and not afraid of any task given to them. They are more focus on things they have to complete and more discipline, behaviour wise. Thank you so much Master and Mrs Banfield. The children are always looking forward to be in class.

My daughter immensely enjoyed this experience. Master Banfield is very kind and understanding. I suggest taking this class - it is a great opportunity to learn self-defence and an effective way of de-stressing!

Exceptional trainingMaster Banfeilds in class training and ethos are a must for any growing mind.My daughter very much enjoyed her first introduction class and was ready to sign up for more by the end of the class!One of her comments being “I was nervous, but I enjoyed the class and want to go again”From a parents perspective, I can be confident that Master Banfeilds classes/teachings are not only about self defence but also embed self control, build confidence and achieving a growth mindset.Thank you Master Banfield
