This centre has quite a friendly, pleasant relaxing atmosphere.The sessions here have helped a lot to motivate me in learning something about Buddhism; and techniques to master the mind. I am by no means proficient in either topic!Nevertheless, the more I attend classes here and diligently undertake my own practice the better I hope to get.

I paid £20 recently for a Full day of Meditation. It consisted of a monk reading 'bits' from a book - not enough to make any sence! And then saying Now meditate on being willing to meditate". There was no "does everyone know how to meditate "?! Or "This is how we would relax/ prepare to meditate"! Or " This is the philosophy underpinning what I am asking of you" . It was SOULESS & LACKING. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY."
