Vets4Pets - Cross Hands

Saw our dog really quickly after a nasty accident. She had stitches under GA in the afternoon and was back with us in the evening. And they also dealt directly with our pet insurance company. Couldn't have asked for more. Many thanks.

I phoned up to enquire about finiancial options to support my pet due to the cost of living crisis and was met with an incredibly rude and unkind receptionist making sarcastic comments, she made me feel really unwelcome and has put me off coming to this practice because of her attitude. Would not recommend, it costs nothing to be kind.

All of the staff have been amazing. The reception staff are so friendly and helpful. When picking up our dog the nurse discussed everything through with us and was brilliant with our boy. Despite already being impressed, the vet totally out did herself. When delivering some test results she took the time to explain through everything including our options in such a personal way. It was much appreciated and we will definitely return to this practice in future. Big thank you, to all at Crosshands!

Surroundings are so clean and exceptional care is given to the animal. All staff are welcoming friendly and caring x

I had no problems at all. Everything was explained. The nurse/reception staff were exemplary as was the vet. All my concerns were dealt with and both her operation was brought forward as one became free as her follow-up appointment has already been changed to an earlier one. I call that consideration of the first degree. Thank you .

Sophie was great. She took a real interest in our dog and kept us fully updated as to what was happening and thoroughly explained the treatment plan. She was very professional and friendly

Vets4pets has always been a good experience although Crosshands still doesn't let the owners in consultations room with pet (Llanelli did when lily had emergency, Crosshands referred her too there) but all the staff are brilliant, vet nurses & vets have basically saved lily life and boomer (other pet) when he had car accident.lily had complications with spading and all extra treatment was explained. I will always be thankful to the team there and both my pets get pampered rotten, staff seem happy to see them making the experience even more comforting to me as an owner even if pets aren't so happy to be visiting Vets. My dogs always go with Vet/nurse even though their tails are down, they always come out happy and more than happy to be pampered whilst Vet/nurse explain any follow up treatment or what we need to do at home.

Saw the male vet today nowhere near as caring as the lady vet. I’ll make sure I get to see her in future.
