Splend - PCO car hire & Rent to buy cars for Uber

I have been with splend along time now and definable as a driver you encounter different challenges that require you to go to the office and its here thati would like to thank Chris who went over and beyond to help me and always got great interpersonal relationship skills. Great man. Keep it up Chris.I hope you're truly valued in your company as good staff is hard to come by especially in this industry

I was about to cancel my rental but then spoke to an amazing guy called Yousof who helped me purchase my car now on a rent to own program, also want to mention Farhad who helped me with all the documents and explained everything in detail thank you Splend

I will give 0 if was possible. So I have a hired car from them right now. On Sunday I was driving a family doing a job for Uber. Just driving to the destination and talking about fish with the family, the rear screen of the car just cracked it self and completely fell off, this should never happened, the windscreens are builds to stick and hold in case of damaged. After I call them to see what was the next steps they told me I have to pay for the rear screen, called like 50 companies all over England and the earliest appointment I got is for the 20th of December as there is a shortage of this part in the country. So right now I have an expense of £450 to repair the screen. Which is the result of a faulty product this company is leasing to customers and will have to pay 10 day for this car without been able to work. They told me if I want another car they will charge me over £1k. I will recommend anyone to stop using Splend as their services are the worse you can find in rental companies. Try companies like Hertz or enterprise. They will fully cover you in case of any problems or issues like this. TRY TO AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Very very profesional company and Mohamed Farhad is very helpful.This company are so efficient on getting you on the road,I initially rented for 4 weeks and ended up keeping thier car for 3 months.

It is more then a month, their head of sale Shaun never get back to with an ongoing issue. I never expected such a poor customer service from such a company. I sent him more then 5 email and try to get hold of him over the phone but yet now they have decency to contact me back.Very poor customer service from the head of sale.

My appointment was at 1pm and i got to be seen on the spot! Farhad has been fantastic, very police and professional. He showed me the car and set up my account on Splend and I was ready to go. Highly Recommended! A++++++++

Chris Is the most amazing person have spoken to very friendly, very understanding very calm and very patient. I was not too sure if I should rent or not, he convinced me in a very friendly manner. I wish everyone was like him.
