UK Storage Bridgwater

I have been using UK Storage in Bridgwater for the past 18 months and the service has been excellent. The online reservation and check in service was quick, simple and completely hassle free. This was particularly important to me as I could move by belongings into the storage at a time that suited me rather than being constrained to weekdays and office hours. The premises were spotlessly clean and very well lit. I would highly recommend and will happily use UK Storage again if the need arises.

They charge you for 2 weeks rent for quitting even though you pay in advance do not cancel direct debit has your leaving has they will say the bank has charged them this is a lie its there admission charge to screw more money out of you. Staff very unfriendly threaten me to get solicitors and give me a ccj if i refused to pay my extra 2 weeks storage after i had quit. The storage was in my partner's name so I never saw the rip off small print so I had to pay if it was in my name they could whistle for it and do what ever they want after threatening me with solicitors and a ccj . Be aware of all the fees so read the small print carefully so you know what your in for before signing.

From start to finish the whole process was extremely positive. I was able to get full quotes and prices and book exactly what I required all online. Everything was clearly priced and I knew exactly how much everything would cost me without any hidden extras. Customer service was excellent, extremely helpful, friendly and able to swiftly resolve any issues. Many thanks

Bridgwater Foodbank have been using Uk Storage for several years to store items not needed.The staff have always been extremely helpful and understanding.The storage facility has good security, is clean and easy to use, we would this facility to anyone who needs long or short term storage. The company have organised their storage facility for easy use by the general public.

Staff are useless, lift was broken and even though staff were on site they refused to help, instead ordered me to carry out my work to fix it after spending an an absolute eternity trying to do this whilst they tried to guide me over the phone they eventually and reluctantly came out to help and blamed under staffing like it's my fault and fixed it they will very rude and aggressive over the phone and instead of trying to help they started to escalate the tension and the frustration instead of trying to help they started questioning why I was so upset even though it was obvious that I shouldn't really have to fix their problem machines.

Excellent helpful service, very clean and dry lift and units. The formalities to secure my unit were seamless and uncomplicated and it was the same when I was ready to move out. I am now the proud owner of a UK Storage padlock to remind me where to come if I need storage in the future. Thank you all of you for making what was a horrible stressy time much easier.

I've had an excellent experience with Bridgwater's storage service. The staff are highly professional, making the entire process easy. Access to storage is simple, the facility is impeccably clean, and the location is convenient. I highly recommend their services!
