I came yesterday to visit the store (29th August); I checked before hand the opening hours it said it’s open till 8pm and I don’t live locally to reading so I travelled 35minutes to get there only to see the store closed at 6.30 with a note left on the door that said ‘due to a shortage of staff the store will be closing at 6pm today’ I was ever so disappointed. Management should not allow this; there are people who plan trips according to timings that are advertised. Thanks sunglass hut for a wasted trip. Whoever decided to close the store early should be reprimanded by a higher member of management.

I had the worst experience in this shop!!Went in the shop with my BF a few days ago, 3 staff members are chatting in the shop and ignoring us completely, they had no other customers at that time!We paid for 2 sunglasses and one of them was on display, anyway, I still went ahead with it. However, the girl just packed it up with a random case which didn't even have a wipe in the it.I paid more than £200 and received the worst service ever!

I wanted to purchase 2 pairs of sunglasses on the website, but was having trouble with a gift card. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. In the end I purchased in store, they were even able to honour my online discount code. 10/10 for service and staff helpfulness.

Came in for 20 mins today (mon 26th June about 1:45pm) to buy sunglasses, 3 people working not one bit of eye contact or ask for support.. same happened to another customer who walked in and then left 10 mins later.. not sure what the sales folk are doing.. but will jump onto website tonight to buy pair Ray bans

I had a brilliant experience in your Reading Oracle Store this afternoon. The Gentleman assistant with the beard could not have been more helpful (Sorry, I didn't get his name!). I only had a vague idea of what style of new sunglasses I would like but he was very attentive and took the time to explore many styles, colours and Brands with me. I now have the perfect new pair of sunglasses ordered for this Summer and I will be recommending to Others and returning in future. Many thanks.

Came this Tuesday evening which was 2days ago and the store was shut early. I’ll be visiting the London branch instead. Avoiding lazy staff.
