A totally professional experience throughout. The installation was explained in detail beforehand with costings. Communication was excellent at all times. The job was carried out efficiently and cleanly. I am pleased with the final result.Phil is a nice guy.

AEI were recommended to me by a neighbour. Phil patiently dealt with all my questions over the phone in a friendly/helpful manner, providing me with a very reasonable quote (the best of 4) for electric-light related work in my 3-bed semi. His Leicester-based electrician, Jay, was excellent. He was punctual, polite, professional and creative (aspects of the job were not straightforward), plus he was patient (I talked a lot!) and very attentive to detail/thorough. I can't fault the service I got from AEI and would recommend them to anyone needing quality electrical work done in their home.

Phil from AEI was extremely professional from the beginning till the end. We discussed various options for the work that was required and he gave me the appropriate costs of each option. As a new product was launched for my car charging installation, this was discussed and felt it was necessary to review the work required in time for my electric car delivery.All work was completed to a professional standard and on the date agreed. Despite the cold weather, this did not deter him from doing the installation.
