If you have a mega sweet tooth, this is an ideal place to go.The cookie dough comes in many different varieties all of which are unique in their own ways with different notes of flavour.All of which are wonderfully sweet.The shakes which they offer are one of the best I've tried on Cardiff so far. the mixture of all the components of the shake achieve a good balance of sweetness and flavour to provide a lovely drink to go with a nice dessert.

Absolutely rude member of staff, I had come in on the 26th of August I ordered two ice cream scoops . One of which was a rather small size than the other scoop so I kindly asked the member of staff to add some more in. I then said Thank you and was ignored with no eye contact from the member of staff , who purposely looked away. I repeated again and directly said 'I said, Thank you? ' member of staff ignored me again but another team member responded with your welcome however they both started to laugh while I was still stood in front of them both. Its a shame because I am a regular customer and usually I am served by a different member of staff. The people on shift this particular day had 0 customer service and very rude .

Second time coming back, had the same person served me, I think his name is Shaat. The cookie dough was amazing as usual, tasted like it was made by a professional cheffy. But the service oh my goodness! I had a bit of chat with Shaat, turned out he is still a student working part time, very hardworking young man honestly, OUR COUNTRY NEEDS MORE YOUNGLINGS LIKE SHAAT and I honestly think Shaat is the best staff out there really, if you see him make sure to give him a tip, he’s the brown one (if you are a girl don’t bother him because he is taken).

Yo. YO. The napkins here say... WIPE THE GUILT AWAY" - I don't think that's very BODY POSITIVE. in fact it's a little disordered. Don't fund this fascist cookie dough regime."

Decent portion size and a wide selection of flavours. Would recommend!

It tasted very good, however my partner and I both experienced food poisoning within 12 hours from this cookie. It was the only thing that we both ate the same yesterday, so we’re 99.9% sure it was this cookie. Very disappointed and should really look in to compensation.

quick service and my milkshake tasted amazing! was served today by a lovely girl with short curly hair; will definitely return and do highly recommend :)

New pop up shop located opposite Starbucks & Debenhams. Convenient little store to grab a snack and the triple chocolate brownie is to die for!
