Bromley Nail Studio

My experience with this studio is really bad. So, I did my nails and after 2 days and gel started to peel off. You can see it on the pictures below.I am not satisfied at all.

Extremely disappointed at the outcome of my pedicure. The owner was not sympathetic but rather had a confrontational approach instead of at least apologising for the poor polish. I was told that the manicurist was inexperienced. I will not be returning to this salon or recommending Studio Nails.

Sadly I'm not to happy the paint is bumpy and the edges are rough. I look like I have cartoon nails?!Going to waste the £40 I paid- Acrylics + french and just take them off. Only had them a day.

Been here a couple of times and they’ve done an alright job of my nails but the staff are so painfully moody, it’s unreal. I was nothing but smiley and polite during my appointment and I couldn’t even get a smile back. The last time I came here, the man who was doing my nails kept tutting at me because I was tensing my hands a little without realising. A simple, relax your hands would’ve been fine. So rude. And again, the staff are so miserable and unsociable that it actually ruins the experience. Sort it out :)

Hadn’t been in a few years but always used to love their service and leave a tip.The man was moody, I wanted something simple (2 colours) and he acted as if I asked a lot. There was a woman with lots of gems and nails different colours so I’m not sure why two colours was such a hassle. I asked for ombré tips. I got ombré half and half’s with no finger nail shaping or cuticle pushing or anything.Kept shoving my hand away instead of telling me to check them or put them under a light. I hadn’t gone to get my nails done in years, I’m not a regular I don’t know what’s happening. Some simple communication before the shove would help.He made the experience mentally longer for himself but I was having a day off so just zoned out at the tv and let him have at it.I also asked for simple nail art, showed him a picture which he didn’t look at and he did the wrong art on my little fingers. I didn’t bother saying anything, I read the review of him angrily filing off designs on other people and just wanted to get out of there.Nails don’t look great, are lumpy, were fused to my skin (one thumb still is) have that weird thickness at the end so doesn’t feel like nails which is the opposite of what anyone wants and got the wrong nail art (my first time EVER asking because I’m usually too shy to ask) so won’t be going back, definitely not recommending to friends out of the country again and definitely didn’t tip. We also wanted pedicures but my friend sensed his vibe and we didn’t bother to ask or spend any more money there.My friend had acrylics and she enjoyed her service (I recognised the woman from years before who did my nails previously but she was also unhappy when we walked out. You file the nails too much on the sides and they look horrid and unnatural. Disappointing.

Have been going here for a couple of years now and have always had a good experience.Staff are lovely and professional.

Not good. The color was not what I asked for, neither the shape, and in general it doesn’t look good compared to other nail shops. Won’t use it again. Also staff wasn’t welcoming.

Terrible nail shop. With bad service. My nails broke off after 3 days of doing them. All the bad reviews on this page are real and correct. They make up prices on the spot. They only do curved nails and charge an extra £10 to do basic straight nail extensions. Which is very strange. As that’s just basic nails. They workers are rude and unprofessional. They quality here is honestly so bad. I would avoid to not be left upset. They charged me £50 for ombré nails full set. So up to you! This picture is 3 days after doing the nails. Joke of a place

I have been coming to this shop for a good few years now and I never left unhappy and they listen to what I what and fully service. I don’t normally do reviews but I have too as this shop is the best shop ever! Thank you guys so much ❤️❤️
