Very bad customer service...I went last week to do my eyebrows. The lady did my eyebrows uneven and my skin was torn and started to bleed...she didn't even apologised..she was so rude....she spoke in other language about me that it is a small skin torn and I am trying to over react.. .thinking I can't understand...never had this kind of experience in UK....worst customer service....never recommend to go there...

Very poor service.Got my eye lash tinting done there today. Asked for blue and black, she done it blue only. When she was wiping the henna off my lashes she opened my eye to wide and pushed that dirty cotton pad straight into my eye. Didn't even apologise for being so clumsy. Instead she pushed another cotton pad into my hand and said 'clean it yourself'.I'm not going back there. Very rude!

Absolutely terrible service. I went to get my eyebrows waxed today, she rips of the skin underneath my eyebrow and doesn’t even tell me that she has done so, I check in the mirror and it looks fine as it is still wet and the burn isn’t visible and doesn’t start hurting until 10 minutes later and then I look into my phone camera and theres a huge burn underneath my eyebrow. Honestly wouldn’t recommend, quite unprofessional staff. Not only did she rip off my skin she used the same dirty wax strip to wipe my eyebrows with some oil. She should’ve used a clean cotton pad to do so, and there was no use of aloe vera gel afterwards which is normal care after waxing in a salon. Disgusted by the service

This service is very poor as the staff lacks professionalism and have been known to treat their customers in a rude manner. Don’t even think to visit them!

Terrible experience. Brows uneven shape and thickness, they left many hairs which made me come back to get them fixed and they still weren’t the same. very unprofessional, rude and unskilled. Definitely do not recommend.

Been coming here for years. The last two times I’ve been haven’t been the best experience. Rude women even when you pay them for a service. Sort out your attitude.

The lady who did my eyebrow, made my skin bleed, and my eyebrows still looks the same as before and they have increased the fare. I would not recommend.

EXCELLENT service. Thank you sO much! Love the friendly family atmosphere, attention to detail absolutely spot on and excellent prices for a beauty salon. Haven't the foggiest idea why there are so few stars in the previous reviews.
