Tom, Jake and Hazar are the dream team! Professional and courteous, they methodically replaced our drab-looking radiators with some fantastic column ones. What impressed me most was how tidy, well mannered and respectful the team were as they efficiently managed their tasks whilst my partner and I worked from home. They even stayed late, working above and beyond to fit some stubborn brass sleeves onto the pipework and even give our walls behind the radiators a paint touch-up. Really impressed by their service and would happily use the team again in the future. P.S. Hope you have fun in Ibiza, Jake ;)

I have used Wil I Am Plumbing and Heating on five separate occasions now and each time they have been incredibly prompt, courteous, and have always done an excellent job. We have recently moved to a new house and a combination of age and the quality of the original plumbing has resulted in a need for numerous repairs and remedial work. Thankfully I found Will I Am Plumbing and Heating based on the good reviews I read on the Google. The pricing is always fair and reasonable, and the different guys, (Joe, Ryan and Tom), that have come along to do the work have all been incredibly professional and knowledgeable. They have all explained what they are doing and given advise on how to maintain and use the equipment, particularly when installing a new boiler programmer.The online booking system is efficient and initiates a quick email response with a quote for the work and a time and date. I have had to re-arrange these a couple of times and Wills response has been quick and helpful. I even used the online messaging feature on their website and I got an instant response.I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Excellent experience. Sent an email in the morning, and by afternoon the problem was solved. Ryan and Thomas were absolutely top notch.

We had a fantastic experience from start to end with will i am. I contacted William through Checkatrade on a Monday evening (11pm) and had someone coming to move our radiator on Wednesday morning. He was really responsive throughout, the work carried out was really good quality and afterwards Will followed up with a very detailed email with photos of the work done. Would 100% use again.

I can not recommend Will I Am's services enough. We needed a new oven installed, and a gas safety certificate for cooker and boiler. Will responded to my email very promptly (within the day), and then was there to provide the service the next day. He was extremely friendly and professional, and resolved our issue efficiently. We all know how frustrating and time consuming a search for a good trusted company can be especially when you have an emergency with your plumbing/heating/electrics. Well, I found a great one and very happy to share my experience! William is very efficient, upfront and professional. The team who worked on replacing my entire heating/water system was Joe and Fabio. They are just brilliant. The job was done smoothly, fast, beautifully. The guys are masters in this field. And also super friendly and helpful people in general. I'm glad I found them! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

William and his team are so professional and reliable. We had an ongoing issue for many years that no one else could resolve. Had barely any water in the back of the property and constant air locks. William's team performed thorough investigations and resolved the issue. It is a miracle to have proper flowing water and good pressure again thanks to William and his fantastic team. Would absolutely recommend their service.

We had a leaky toilet due to poor installation by the original builders. While the problem ultimately turned out to be more difficult than anticipated, and required a few visits to fully rectify, they were still extremely responsive and transparent. Would definitely use again.

I would definitely give 5 stars to William, as when I explained my issue with Boiler, he provided a solution with a video link of how to resolve it without visiting the property. As he doesn't cover my area but he went out of his way to assist me at all the steps to resolve my water leak issue from the Boiler.So definitely do recommend him for any Professional & good quality work.

I had a combi boiler installed (replacing a system boiler) and radiators replaced throughout the house with smart valves attached. I was impressed by the way the company really listened to what I wanted and was responsive to my requests. The installation was done in a very professional manner and I am so pleased with the new system.
