I used to G&B widows 5 years ago. The windows were cheaper than other companies. But after four years later front door gap from frame and window big gap from frame. winter time is very coold. Don't think about cheaper plaease check quality. My brother also fit a front door always shutting and lock also problem.

The worst experience from a supplier and contractor I have received in a 10 year. They asked for part payment upfront, delivered a product which did not meet expectation, the installation was over 6 weeks late, the job had defects and they did not bother to return to site to resolve.Honestly, don't use this firm. They may be cheap, but thats for a reason.... They don't deliver a professional service despite the client paying for a professional service and cost.Avoid at all costs.

There are many reviews for this company and its sister company.Let’s start with the sales process. I spoke to Gurpreet who was very knowledgeable in the very technical details. This including both of us discussing the technical specifications of the windows the Merits of one type of glass vs another vs triple glazing. How the profile used affects the U value.After much discussion lasting several days of email exchanges and phone calls we settled on a balance of choices that balanced budget with performance.The ordering and installation was a simple email exchange and after the deposit was paid the windows arrived ahead of schedule. The glass was not correct so the fitted at their temporary glass until the clima guard glass came. This meant the building work could continue. They came back a few weeks later fitted the new glass which looks amazing and has improved performance. Clima guard has a slight tint and a slight reflective coating which enhances privacy although this is not its primary function. The tint oddly makes things look sharper in sunlight also. The glass based on its spec should also perform very well in cold weather.The advice I got from Gurpreet was expert advice from someone who really understood the science and engineering. As someone who works in technology I really appreciated and valued that.The installers Abhi and Babu were so humble. They were so quite doing the work on both occasions I actually had to check a few times if they were in the house. They spoke in whispers to each other so as not to disturb other people in the house. They takeout the place clean and cleared up afterwards. Best of all and most importantly the quality of the finish was excellent.they were not the cheapest price nor were they they most expensive. However the level of detail they knew about the windows and their performance characteristics was second to none.I am now ordering the ground floor windows from the same company. If I receive the same quality my updated review will cover that installation and order.

Not honoring the their promised 10 year warranty on my windows and doors. The composite front door is terrible. Stopped responding to my emails and provided no service since receiving all my money. Don't believe their lies ☹I will edit my review when you change my door and not earlier. You have my contact details.Still waiting for these crooks to contact me and honour their 10 year guarantee. Do not buy from them unless you want to give your money away. Better to give it to a charity rather than these crooks.

Made 3 separate appointments, 2 they never turned up to and then on the 3rd appointment they rang 25 mins after they were supposed to have arrived to say they would be 1 hour late. That was the final straw for me and I cancelled the quotation... If you can't even make the appointments to give a quote it doesn't fill you with confidence that they'll come and carry out the work in a professional manner.Having read the reviews (which I should probably have done before I tried to arrange a quote), looks like I dodged a bullet by not using this company... Everyone seems to be saying the same thing about terrible customer service.....

G&B provided a provided a professional service throughout. They manufactured windows within the timeframe that they promised, and Pavan was always on hand throughout the process from the initial order to the date of fitting to deal with any queries that I had. The windows were installed seamlessly without any issues.

I got 2 sets of french doors and they look fantastic. Great value.Gurpreet was very helpful throughout the entire process.

Shocking service!!!! - 2 years after fitting my composite door it has broken.When I rang GB windows they told me there was a call out charge until i advised them that I have a 10 year warranty.However they keep cancelling the appointment to come fix my door and now are saying they can fix my door in ten days time! I have tried to explain we have a special needs child at home who sleeps downstairs due to a recent spine surgery but they are unwilling to do anything.Stay away from this company!A further update on 16 Oct 2023 - Still no one has fixed the door, I phone this company everyday and still no update!

Have been using G&B windows for 3 houses now, prices see very competitive, Gurpreet very helpful. The last fitter Singhkhalsa who came for snagging was very polite, prompt and experienced and fixed the issues efficiently.
