Cannot fault their response and professionalism.

Initially John answered my request for help. He and his team were professional and the work was to a very high standard. After completing the initial installation we were impressed. Unfortunately, after supporting me again in December 2022 he did not return as he said he would for a couple of months to check everything was OK. Neither did he return to install the Hive thermostat that I paid for. It is nearly the end of September 2023 and he has not contacted me about servicing our boiler. All the above were set out in a letter dated 31/10/2022. I have not heard from him since February 2023 and April 2023. Both messages stated that he would contact me in a few days. I therefore, cannot now recommend this company.

I recently went on line requesting Quotes for boiler replacement to a new more convenient site. John Young from RRM Services was quick to offer a site meeting. The job required old boiler and piping removed from the attic with new boiler pipes and wiring to a new convenient ground floor site.The work was excellent, the cost competitive efficiently carried out with particular care in flushing existing rads and pipes. John obviously take pride in a thorough installation. I have no hesitation in recommending RRM Services based on first hand experience.Archie Crerar
