Took my MK8 Golf R in for a service and recall work which needed to be carried out. This was booked over a month in advance with a courtesy car as I was told the work would take all day. On arrival at the dealership during the check in process I was informed that the courtesy would be a manual when I asked for an auto (like my car). I was then informed that there would be a £25 charge for the vehicle, which I wasn't made aware of at the point of booking. When I queried this I was informed that this is the dealerships policy, so I had to take my car back and have a wasted journey!

Lenin was very professional, he made the process of buying a new car a pleasure, the best customer service I have had whilst purchasing a car. I also got a good deal on my part exchange and I am very happy with my new car. I would highly reccomend this dealership.

I can’t tell you how much fun I had this morning coming to buy a new car today. I was greater by such a pleasant young man by the name of Steven. This man went above and beyond to get me the best deal he could. He was polite, knowledgeable and such a warm person to deal with. Along side him his boss Jason was also a pleasure to meet again after years since I last saw him. Together they made my experience second to none. I will definitely recommend Steven to everyone I ever meet who’s thinking of buying from VW. I actually didn’t want to leave. Especially with the lovely cappuccino I was offered while waiting. First review I’ve wrote. I’ve always bought AudiA good friend of mine jay a mechanic at Alan day recommended Ralph as a stand up guy to deal with and he wasn’t wrong. When I say he was a pleasure to deal with is an understatement. No pushy sales completed honest done everything he said he would made the whole experience a pleasure.
