Shocking service. The staff move with the speed of coastal errosion. Waited long enough to get to the till. When we did finally get there the woman closed her till and went to the fast track counter. Leaving us standing there for 10 mins. We then left and bought the game from Sainsbury's cost two quid more. At least we finally got out of there.

Would put zero stars if I could. Terrible service. Never had a problem with buy now pay later but this time they said about policy which was not clearly displayed anywhere

Ordered on internet to collect in store immediately - arrived to an understaffed Argos so waited in queue. Eventually was served and paid for order using card. However after another wait was informed by staff that the item could not be found and offered to have it delivered with no fee - that was fine by me. Then they informed me that they could not deliver as it would be from Brighton. (When I originally made my order Montague St in Worthing had it in stock). Then I was told that the payment would be refunded in 48 hours!!!! Very disappointed as I use argos a lot!

So slow. Lovely staff but really??? Why always sooooo slow. No sense of urgency when dealing with massive queue. Not ok sorry.

Terrible service, I walked out. There was a queue which is to be expected but the staff were allowing people to jump the queue. After the second person cut in front I left, it is not acceptable and other stores would of stopped it. One big queue one staff member at the till and 2-3 staff mingling at the back doing nothing. What has happened to this store?

Standard argos. Best to check availability online before visiting to reserve required items. As it is inside sainsburys you can use their car park free of charge. You need to go into the supermarket for access to the shop.

I placed a click and collect order and when i went to collect the wait was over an hour just to get into sainsbury store. Then had to queue again to collect my item, no way to cancel the order as customer service kept cutting me off

Didn't have to wait long, paid online before arrival (I think that's a requirement now maybe). They had social distancing in place and the staff were friendly as always.
