Decent Pizza Hut pizza buffet that pleases me once in a while. I enjoyed eating their pizza and salad bar. Intend to go back.

Trying to have a quiet dinner from Pizza Hut turned into an episode I'd rather forget. Ordered online and, boom, funds whisked away faster than I can down a martini. An error pops up (because of course it does) and my evening plans go into a tailspin.I make the pilgrimage to the store, expecting some good old-fashioned customer service. The manager, after seeing irrefutable evidence from my bank and the app, finally agrees to prep my meal. Just when I thought I'd taste victory (or at least pizza), another manager, Mr. Niroj Tamrakar, swoops in like a plot twist I never saw coming. He tells me he can't hand over the food because, apparently, seeing the transaction on my bank app isn't 'proof' enough.They handed me a customer care number that's about as responsive as a brick wall, so here I am, down 20 quid, hungry, and with hours wasted, I'll never get back. And to add salt to the wound? I'm still in the store while typing this. Just tragic.

Great buffet. I'm allergic to peppers so the manager made me a separate pizza, really appreciated. Great staff. Great location near to GOSH so we always go here when visiting the hospital, very accommodating. Great vegetarian selection. Thank you

Super pushy staff which I think is because the manager is pushing them.We were asked four times within ten minutes if we were ordering, even though she knew we were looking at the menu and ordering through the app.Each table says to order through the QR code.Then when we said that the gift voucher we were using wasn't providing the amount it was supposed to the manager then came over (obviously over hearing) and then said to the member of staff to Just get their order!"Really really uncomfortable and rude experience!The same lady was taking off our plates as soon as we had finished with them even if we were still eating which I always hate because it interrupts conversation. Pots were not needed in the kitchen as there was only 5 tables if that being used in the whole restaurant. I imagine it is to look busy as her manager was pushy towards her

Good unlimited offer. The taste of pizza is decent. Due to the heat plate thin crust becomes dry. Good selection of salad on top cherry tomatoes. Highly recommended for once in a while pizza satisfaction.

Went here with a friend for a dinner while visiting London and I was dumb enough to leave my phone on the table while going to get my drink - luckily our server Sehresh to the rescue! She grabbed it and warned me not to leave it there!She was attentive all the way through and made sure we understood how to order and where the drinks machine wasSuper helpful - and she dealt with some difficult customers with a smile - give this woman a raise!!

Pizza was just what we needed at that time of day, visited late evening, food was good. Staff was attentive. The premises was grubby, some fitting like electric sockets clearly not been cleaned in ages, all in playing view, paint work showing its age.

Good fastfood restaurant with good tasting pizzas. The salat bar was a little dissaponting but maby People dosent Come to Pizzahut for salad:-). Nice service and the food came fast. Good price where you got 1 sidedish, 1 pizza and one drik for 20 gbp. Clean place. The asked for allergies when the welcomed us, witch I havent tried before. Great service.
