MoT time. Booked online, received confirmation and handy appointment reminders. Upon arrival I was greeted by cheerful and polite staff (a treat in itself)! Decided to wait, and was advised of the facilities, toilets, complementary fresh ground coffee machine, and waiting room. The car was dealt with on time, and although it failed on a couple of things, and despite being extremely busy they suggested I could leave the car with them the following day and if possible they would try to fit it in, which to my great relief, they did and the invoice was fair for the amount of relatively involved work. I found D&D Autos staff to be respectful, polite, positive and, totally professional (no, I don't work there, but I wouldn't mind)!Overall I was completely satisfied with this company and will return with confidence.Martin.

They really put customer first, and they have great customer service & professional manners. In the front of house well presented staff .. even down to the greasiest mechanic that may walk by. The employees know their stuff, and it's so refreshing to see a ride home service.I won't be going anywhere else for my motoring issues other than D&D.I definitely recommend them.
