Excellent service, team very helpful

Efficient in/out service.BUT:No skin prep prior to injection.Inadequate consent with no discussion about possible complications.Severe illness followed and no reply when telephoned for advice.Would not go there again.

I came to fill an antibiotics prescription from my dentist. I arrived at 1:15 on a thursday. The hours state closing at 1:30. A bit close, but more than enough time.Instead, when I walk up to the door, the lady inside closes and locks the door while looking right at me. She then points at the opening hours sign. Like, yes, I can see you’re supposed to close in 15 minutes, not right now.

The people who staff this pharmacy are absolutely lovely and so friendly. You don't feel rushed when talking about any issues and prescriptions are done relatively quickly. It's always a pleasure to visit here and how often can you say that about a pharmacy?It is a fairly busy pharmacy so there are often queues. The pharmacy stocks the usual items - plasters, skin care creams, ointments, toothpaste and brushes, shampoo, shower gel, etc. There isn't that much stock on display though as it is a fairly small pharmacy.Outside there are cycle racks for bike parking, and there is a car park attached to the doctors surgery and parking bays around the Clay Farm Centre - there aren't many parking bays however, and they are often full (and people who don't have a blue badge often use the disabled parking) so this is something to be aware of if you need to visit via a car.If you need a prescription filling then this is the place to go. Efficient and friendly service.

Really bad since changing from Gregory pharmacy.Don’t reply to emails about dispensing a prescription but do it without telling you. Ended up at another pharmacy on weekend trying to get it and they couldn’t as a result. Really poor communication skills from the pharmacist. Both written and verbal over the phone. Incredibly unprofessional.New person on the till absolutely clueless. Had to request a named receipt for my prescription which I always get and he was insisting they didn’t do them and had to show him it on my phone. He wouldn’t ask other staff and would rather point blank lie and say they don’t do things which they literally do. Then he was really snarky at the end wouldn’t hand over my prescription without confirming my address when I had already gone through whole process.Changing pharmacy and won’t be going back.

Got my COVID booster recently. Staff were well organised and welcoming. A very smooth operation.

To be fair, This is the best pharmacy that we encountered so far here in UK. Everyone is well rounded for their Job and no one’s lazy. Keep up the good work folks.

Went for a vaccination, easy to check in, seen immediately, in and out in 2 minutes. Polite, friendly and knowledgeable staff.
