The level of customer service was top notch. Jessie was very professional, knowledgeable and patient with us. The whole experience was very enjoyable and relaxing. You know you’re in good hands when your sales can give you all details from the history of the brand, all the details of the item and the aftercare information.Jessie was able to source in the item I wanted in a very short period of time when their store didn’t have it. Definitely my first choice of jewellers for my next purchase.

I purchased a Patek Philippe in shop for my mum and a Rolex for my girlfriend.Xiaoxiao was extremely helpful, she was very knowledgeable and welcoming and made our purchase very comfortable. Apart from that, Margaret's service was fantastic.Looking forward to our next visit!

Great experience today with James while collecting my new watch! My wife and I were made very welcome, and we enjoyed the tea/coffee/champagne (plus caramel wafer!) during the visit in a relaxed atmosphere and lovely surroundings. I appreciated the watch chat too! Highly recommended.

Had a great experience in laings picking an engagement ring. Dan assisted us and his knowledge and expertise was so helpful in helping decide on the perfect ring. All the staff in Laings were so friendly and attentive to our needs. I will definetly be coming back in the future for more jewellery purchases.

Me and my family visited the Laings Glasgow store yesterday. We met James who took the time to discuss the various watch options with us and gave us a lot of valuable information. We purchased a watch from them and would like to thank all the staff at Laings who made us feel welcomed and well looked after. I would like say thanks to the staff at Laings Glasgow for another great experience. Special thanks to Scott and James for their amazing service throughout the whole experience from enquiry to collecting my latest time piece from the Glasgow Store. They were extremely professional, patient, attentive and a pleasure to deal with. They took great care to insure that my new time piece was fitted to my liking and insured that I was entirely satisfied. Yet again I feel the service I have received was exceptional and I will most definitely return to the store once I’ve made my mind up on my next purchase.

First of all, I would like to say a big thank you to Jessie, who is knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I was particularly impressed by her product knowledge of the Rolex range and explained features about the watch I was purchasing. On the day I collected my watch Jessie had briefed her colleague Xiaoxiao, who was also very professional and immediately offered my wife and I a glass of champagne to celebrate, and was genuinely excited on my behalf, which made the day even more special!I would highly recommend Laings !

I had a great experience at the Laings (Glasgow) store today.James was very friendly and his knowledge on watches was exceptional. He clearly knows what he is talking about.
