Having bought, let and rented property in London and met with many estate agents in and around Lichfield, I couldn't believe the difference in dealing with D&D. Verity and her mother in particular were an absolute pleasure to deal with and speak to. In fact, talking to Verity felt very much like talking to a friend - she was incredibly helpful, supportive and empathetic from the very beginning through to completion. Her replies were always timely and positive (and I wasn't short of questions!). Whilst I was the buyer, I felt like Verity was working with, and for, me as much as she was the seller. Unlike pretty much every other estate agent I have encountered, I never felt like D&D were pushy or chasing their own commercial interests, they were incredible fair, reasonable and understanding. Even at points when I was a little unsure what to do, Verity was on hand to give helpful and balanced advice. As well as the lovely people, the fact D&D is a family run and female heavy business is what sets them apart - they genuinely care and offer a terrific service. I never thought it possible to be so glowing about an estate agent but there's no way I'd use anyone else! Thanks again!
