I did a lot of research into laser hair removal before deciding on this clinic and I’m so happy with my decision. Rachel is professional, knowledgable, friendly and welcoming. The clinic is spotless and the service is 5 star!! Can not fault anything about Rachel or her business and I will be going back monthly until I am fuzz free !

I was apprehensive to consider waxing after a terrible experience in the past. I came across Smooth earlier this year after researching on the best wax places and I set my sights on Smooth. Smooth offered a different type of wax I had not found when I was researching. On arrival, Rachel gave me a consultation before beginning. She was so approachable, calming, welcoming and so patient with me. Since my first visit I have continued to go to Smooth for my treatments. Rachel is so wonderful. The aftercare advice is also amazing along with the waxing products she offers to help those who suffer from ingrown hair post wax! Strongly recommend using Smooth for your treatments!

I’ve visited the clinic for the laser hair removal treatment on a few occasions and I could have not asked for a better service! Rachel was very thorough throughout the consultation and the results of the treatment were better and faster than I expected.
