Company policy to only allow customers a test drive if they've committed to buy the car by paying a non-refundable £250 deposit up front? Not a good start.Shame as the car sounded perfect but no chance I'll buy a car without being happy with how it drives and ensuring that there are no issues which an mot and warranty would not cover.I'm grateful I was told this on the telephone before a 5 hour round trip. At least my time and money wasn't wasted.Edit- received a grumpy phone call following my review from Jo, telling me that the deposit is refundable if an issue is found on the test drive and that this policy is to protect customers during the pandemic.Despite repeatedly being being told that I was informed of this on my original phone call, this is most definitely not the case and I questioned it at the time.My review is not to spread disinformation so I would recommend any potential customers to carefully question the refund policy.My review remains at 1 star due to the rude and argumentative way I was spoken to by Jo.Jo, I have attempted to call you several times since your phone call but my calls are not being answered.

My Dauhgter who is a district nurse and heavily reliant on her car for work. was unfortunate to have done business with this shambolic excuse for a company, their warranties are worthless, customer service is non-existand, they lie, cheat and threaten violence if questioned, i will call them what they are, cheating, theiving, dishonest pair of scammers DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE you will live to regret it, i had to give them 1 star in order to post they dont deserve that 1 star

Bought my Bmw just over a week ago, the experience from start to finish was great. After a day of driving I noticed that there was an issue with the brakes. Paul didn’t hesitate and got the brakes replaced within the week. Great after sales service will definitely be coming back in the future when we need to replace my wife’s car. Highly recommend *****

By far my best car buying experience to date. Had the car ( Mitsubishi ASX) a month now with no problems at all. All the people encountered at this dealer were super friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable. The part exchange deal was completed quickly and without fuss. Rate this dealer very highly.

Where do I start? Professionalism is second to none, the customer service is superb with an admirable no-nonsense, sleek approach. What started off as a web query was developed in to a personable and actually enjoyable car buying experience. Carl, Jo and Abbie were all exceptional from start to finish. Great part exchange price on my vehicle, honest about the vehicle I was buying and finance sorted in a jiffy! Honestly can’t fault the place!

Avoid at all costs. I had a truly horrific experience at this dealership, which is a real shame because buying the car was a very pleasant experience and during the sale the staff were very lovely.It wasn't until the car broke down 3 weeks later that I became aware that the curtain fell as soon as I brought the issue to their attention. They offered to repair the clutch that had collapsed and I was happy to accept that, until the RAC came to collect the car and pointed out to me that the Timing chain had an excessive rattle which is definitely not OK.Upon bringing this information to them, I was openly mocked by Jo saying that timing chains are supposed to rattle (which is just plain false) and that I could not return the car after accepting the offer of a repair (even though the repair had not been carried out at this point). I had to go through the finance company in order to get them to accept the return. Jo, the owner absolutely horrible, rude and aggresive throughout the entire experience.

We wanted a car for my nephew and found one at Specialist Cars Of Swansea, from the first phone call talking with Jo she was so helpfull. She answered all my questions about the car which was so helpfull. Upon arrival to pick up the car it was a relaxed atmosphere and easy transaction. My overall experience of buying this car was fantastic and I found Jo to be honest and trustworthy and I have no issues recommending Specialist Cars Of Swansea. Thanks Jo its rare these days to find a honest person like yourself. I will be back again im sure of that. Alan

Fantastic customer experience.Purchased two cars from Jo, Karl and Abi in a month as so satisfied with the first purchase.Relaxed, no pressure sales. I listed any SNAGS I had with the vehicle and all completed within days to my full satisfaction.I can highly recommend this garage for a used vehicle with above dealership aftercare and service.
