Can’t fault them. Jack was the 3rd ‘damp specialist’ I’d had out to look at some issues we were having. He was honest and upfront about what he thought needed doing and unlike other quotes I’d had he didn’t add anything unnecessary! They were so tidy and tried their best to keep the dust at bay. Even when they discovered it needed a bit more than planned it only put the bill up a bit. I feel it was really good value for money. I’m really really pleased with what they’ve done and it comes with a guarantee. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I had Jack and his team undertake some work at my property recently. They did a top quality job and were very professional. The job wasn't the most straightforward as there were some changes that were made during the process but they were quick to change the plan.The work was undertaken at an affordable price which was nice and they kept the site clean and tidy during the time they were on site. They even moved a couple of things out of the room and put them back again once they were done.I would highly recommend you contact them if you are looking to have any waterproofing related work undertaken.

Amazing service. We were put into an extremely unfortunate situation where we were sold a house as first time buyers, where the ground floor was entirely rotten. All rooms were very unsafe, especially with a 1 1/2 year old child.After researching many companies Leodis filled us with the most confidence and we arranged to have the work started. The quote was thorough and affordable and any questions were answered with speed and detail.The work was completed quickly and to a high standard and Jack could not have been more helpful! We were also left with a house full of waste from the previous owners which they refused to take away. My mother and father in-law (in their 70’s) rang this company after reading good reviews online. They needed a quote on damp proofing their basement. The guy he spoke to seemed really positive and arranged to come and give a quote that friday afternoon. They waited in all afternoon, only for no one to show up. They tried calling a couple of time only to get no answer or call back. They went away for a week and tried calling them again. The guy he spoke said he would find out what happened and call him back in 30min; they received no phone call back. Simply poor customer service, time wasters and therefore for me, untrustworthy.
