We came in late, just before closing, and the girl working there made us all fresh cod and chips. Thank you so much! It was delicious and I had no problems with my stomach which might happen in some cases elsewhere. I give you a shoutout! Highly recommend.

I’m not kind of person that tend to leave average or below 5 stars reviews, however, our experience shopping with this shop was not pleasant at all. Really small portions, despite the fact that we’ve ordered big fishes and absolutely overpriced. You have to pay for everything separately. I live in central London and average price for the best takeaway dish&chips is around £10, but we’ve paid about £12 for an average quality and not fresh fish&chips dish. I’d not recommend it, I’m afraid.

I have been dreaming of good fish and chips in Cambridge. I strictly pescatarian myself and they made fried my fish in a vegetarian oil with the chips even before they close. I felt so touched by the service, quality and the freshness of the fish and chips. Please do not change and you will see a lot of me. 10 out of 10 ❤️

I’ve ordered tons of times now, I have a friend who works there so I order to support her work but I tell you I would be even if she didn’t. I eat the chicken and it’s incredible, it’s different to most kinds. It’s juicy, I’ve never had them forget sauce and the employees when I’ve been there in person even when busy are very considerate and informative. I’ve even received notes from ordering so often. The chips are incredible, I’ve ordered with other friends who agree and as I’ve mentioned the chicken is so good. Between the service, food quality and their availability on just eat I cannot complain (:

The food from this place is pretty good, I dont eat fish or seafood but friends and family have always rated the Cod and say its always cooked well and tastes great. I have to say the chips are also very good! The only criticism is the prices, I would say that they are definitely more expensive than any of the other chip shops in Cambridge.....

Absolutely pathetic fish portion size (see pic). £9.95 for a fish supper I expect to fill my belly. Both the fish and the chips were tasty, but I have never seen such a stingy 'Regular' fish portion in my life. It looked like a kids portion FFS, even before I opened the box I could tell it was titchy as it felt VERY light. I won't be back and would definitely not recommend this establishment to anyone.I would like to add that the guys who work in this chip shop are very welcoming and efficient, they are an asset to the company. Perhaps the money saved by serving such tiny portions could be used to give them a pay rise?

Visited here after a recommendation and initially I thought the service was a bit slow considering it was only me in the shop, but the fish was being fried fresh ,so a little patience on my part was required.Cod in batter was honestly some of the nicest fish I have ever eaten really fresh fluffy and delicious ! The young man that served me was very polite too.Will definately be back when I visit again Thankyou !

7.40 for large portion of chips and curry sauce. Feel the price is extortionate for what you get. There was also a hard ball in the curry sauce which wasn’t very appetising. Disappointed.
