I brought my car in yesterday. The woman I dealt with at reception when collecting my car was extremely rude. When I questioned the fault with my car she was blunt and very dismissive of my question.I would recommend having someone who is actually pleasant to deal with, has better communication skills and is willing to engage and help customers.

Partner test drove a 208 gti, gentleman was polite and showed discounts for extras such as gap insurance and warranty, allowed partner to take cwr around and enjoy it. Ended up with a deposit on it. Recommended, nice service for a dealership

Bought a new Qashqai from this dealer and asked for a 13 pin tow bar to be fitted to tow a caravan. A number of months later I discovered that the towing electrics were not working for the caravan 12v supply and refrigerator. Took back to this dealer for investigation and repair. At this stage I believed problem was due to a damaged plug. After a £111 diagnostic advised that the plug was faulty and would cost £589 to repair. I baulked at this cost and took the car to independent tow specialist who on investigation found that the 12 v supply had never been attached on installation. Two wires taped up in rear quarter light discovered. So Chorley Group charged me £525 to incompletely fit a tow bar initially - unfit for purpose. When asked to investigate the problem discovered it wasn’t connected and falsely stated the problem was the cracked plug and then sought to charge me again for the work they had not originally completed. When challenged they did refund the cost of the diagnostic. But despite promises to reimburse me the £120 I had to pay the independent fitter to rectify their poor installation they have gone silent. I consider their Delivery and after sales service to be shoddy - the lies and evasion by their management team really annoyed me. Think twice before using this company.

Great dealership. After 6 years of using the service department, I can say it's a well ran department, and the staff are accommodating and patient. Aftercare support is important to me and I'll be using chorley group in the future

Had a nightmare of a journey from Scotland to Wales in our Nissan Leaf. Gridserve EV chargers seem to take the weekends off. The 5 we tried would not accept card payments. Three hour queue to use Instavolt chargers at Booths Penrith. As a consequence out of desperation we called in at Nissan Chorley who allowed us to use their charge point Staff extremely helpful and friendly.

Andy and the staff were really helpful with our purchase today everything were streamlined through . Will definitely be keeping with this dealer
