Having decided to buy a Suzuki Vitara Nick Fox has gone above and beyond to make it a painless purchase. Nick responded very quickly to all my questions and when I picked the car up everything was ready for an efficient handover. Plenty of time was taken to explain the controls and I was soon back on the road. The trip home is around 150 miles and the car proved very comfortable and quiet. Thank you Nick.

We see Aston who always has the time to explain the cars and information ensuring its the best fit for our growing family. We have set up the service plan which is an affordable way of doing service and MOT. Abi, John, Kat and the team are an amazing team on the service desk. Very patient and helpful nothing is to much trouble. There are most definitely worth there weight on gold. One very happy customer!

Both my wife and I are in our seventies and wanted to downsize our vehicle.The whole experience of looking for a new car was made very easy by Dan Parnell at Dales Summercourt.We initially rang to ask for the lead time for a new Suzuki Ignis. Which we felt would suit our needs.He said it was about 8 months, but he had a new car in at the moment, unregistered, but unfortunately it was Orange.I replied, funnily enough that was the colour we were interested in.He invited us up to check it out. Explained how it was available and specifications of the vehicle and arranged a test drive.We decided to reserve the vehicle and he said he would get a price on our vehicle for trade in as soon as possible. He also did a video tour of the vehicle and emailed it to us to show our children.After the weekend he gave us details of the trade in offer and we agreed to go ahead with purchase and agreed a date for collection.On the collection day our vehicle had a personalised registration plate and Dan only took about 15 minutes online and it was registered to the new vehicle.He explained all about finance and Gap Insurance to us as well as explaining all the controls instruments on the vehicle. He also kindly connected my phone to the vehicle.Dan was courteous and very informative at all times.
