Mickila at ReHub is a very friendly, professional, and experienced physical rehabilitation therapist. I had an issue with my shoulder which had caused me pain for over 2 months and within 2 visits, I have never felt so good! Would fully recommend for wellbeing and also the good conversation that goes with it!

Having put up with sciatic pain for a long time I decided to seek support and advice, and , hopefully an end to the suffering. Mickila's friendly and welcoming approach, coupled with her knowledge and professionalism cannot be recommended highly enough. After a careful diagnosis I'm now on the first step of a rehabilitation program, feeling reassured and confident and so glad I followed up on the several recommendations I had.

Kila is incredibly professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I suffered an ankle injury and she was very thorough in her assessments and was able to clearly explain my injury to me. She quickly created a personalised programme to support my rehabilitation and was great in answering any questions I had. Overall, fantastic and cannot recommend her enough.

I've been seeing Kila over the last year for a variety of injuries (my 30 something body doesn't appreciate the amount of running around I try to make it do). Every time she patches me back together, sometimes at quite short notice, and uses her experience of a wide range of treatment techniques to do so. She works with me to build a rehab schedule that balances recovery with her knowing she'll be ignored if she tells me to stop. Kila is fabulously supportive and genuinely interested in how my return to play has gone.

I have been struggling with pain in my Achilles for a number of weeks. Kila was able to quickly identify the problem through a quick consultation and examination. She gave me a wide range of options to treat this, and we settled on deep tissue massage and cupping. Kila then formulated a home exercise program to prevent recurrence of my injury. I couldn’t have asked for a more knowledgeable and professional therapist. I can’t thank her enough!

Mickila is the best. Great professional, takes time to get to the root cause of the problem, and issues. Offers real practical advice and exercises to allow you to overcome the problems. She will be a key part in my rehab from a TKR in the next few weeks. If you have pain, or niggles she will sort it out.
