Bespoke Renovations N E Ltd - Resin driveway installers

Told me the job would be finished that day so I paid them. 9 weeks later and several phone calls , still not finished and no reply. Then I received a guarantee saying congratulations your installation is complete to your satisfaction. Do not pay this company a penny until ALL work is completely finished.

Main front resin driveway and side paths done earlier this month (February 2022). Good design and workmanship throughout by an efficient crew. We are very happy with the result.

Appalling after careThe drive was installed 2 months ago and it looks lovely, but the trim which provides the edge was missed on one corner so that there is no barrier between the drive and a soil border. Their surveyor returned quickly and took photographs and told me that they would be in touch to arrange the remedial work. Two months later and many phone calls on my part, often to only reach voicemail, I have been told that border trim cannot be fitted retrospectively and that I can have £5 in compensation as that would be the cost of the trim.Update 2021The drive looks as good as it did when first put down and has performed well. No standing water anywhere.

So my Mother had them drop in to offer a quote on her drive yesterday. She said she was unable to stay in for a quote but if they were free the next day would be there. As an elderly lady she called and asked me to drive over and check them out.They called yesterday from their Middlesborough offices to confirm they would be here at 1200. Now an hour and a half later no calls to say delayed and more importantly nobody has arrived to give a quote. Needless to say if they do pitch up they wont be asked to leave a quote. Thanks for a wasted day!!

Just had my drive resurfaced in resin. I am delighted with the result. The team that did the job were very polite and skilled at the work. I have had a good experience with Bespoke and would recommend them to anyone looking for a 'resin' contractor.

From start to finish a very professional company. Any appointment from measurements to choosing colours the staff were on time, courteous and very knowledgeable. I didn’t really know what I wanted but had a huge space to fill so the staff drew a design until I was happy and priced the job on that design. On the day the work started the lads were on time very hard workers and very clean after themselves. All the work was completed within the time scale given and every step of the way we were kept updated as to what happens next. The finished job is beautiful large rustic sleepers for a raised flower bed. Resin on both sides of a patio area the patio looks like it has just been laid and it was dark and dirty. We would definitely recommend Bespoke Renovations to anyone.

The Company has done a lot of work on my house and garden over the past few years, they are an excellent Company who do great work and the workmen are always pleasant and polite.
