Mike the sofa surgeon was brilliant! He took our sofa apart and managed to get it into our home and re build it perfectly! I’m so pleased, a wonderful service and a very nice man.

ATLAS of London is very professional and experienced- I have to say their delivery service is excellent. A big shout out to delivery lead Andrei and his team.They came to my place to measure the route before I made the furniture order. This was to ensure they can make the commitment.I’m also pleased to see how they approached the delivery challenges e.g. the initial packaging may not fit the lift and they re-rapped the fine furniture to make this delivery happen very smoothly and successfully.Their cautiousness of the customer’s fine furniture and home (e.g.fragile wood floor ) and do sufficient preparatory work to protect both furniture and everything at the delivery place have amazed me.You may think delivery only takes physical efforts but it actually takes good thinking and planning. This is how Atlas did they work and stand out among other delivery companies I have experienced.Thank you!

The delivery team did an excellent job of delivering our new sofa bed. When they approached the house with the sofa bed they realised that the sofa bed would not go through the internal door to our sitting room in one piece. They had come prepared with a set of tools and unscrewed the bed and the arms, carried the pieces in and reassembled the sofa bed in the room.They were courteous and helpful.Thanks for a brilliant service.

We have just had some furniture delivered by Atlas, and were extremely impressed by the quality of the whole service they provide, but especially with the standard of the delivery staff. The furniture was delivered within the allocated time slot we were given and the delivery team were incredibly helpful and pleasant throughout, even though the goods wouldn’t fit through our front door, which meant carrying a large sofa bed down two steep sets of steps, and negotiating it through patio doors, and two other rooms, to get it to where we wanted it. Excellent service!

Such a great service, highly recommended. Very easy to get hold of (an actual person answers the phone!) and excellent delivery service.Jordan and Steve delivered my sofa just now and it was a really right squeeze and my heart absolutely sank because I thought it wouldn't fit but they managed it and I'm so happy :-)Also they moved my small sofa out into the spare bedroom which was super helpful and obviously they didn't have to at all, but it was such a friendly bonus.

I had a great experience.The delivery team arrived exactly on time and were really friendly. They also took proper care to not damage our walls/floors during delivery and installation.They delivered two bulky, heavy sofas which were really difficult to fit through our front door and bring upstairs. Still, they sorted it for us no questions asked.

Great company to deal with, really care for their customers. Quick delivery and the 2 man team were amazing, took care and really got through tight angles carefully and efficiently. Even sorted an issue with the sofa legs I never thought of! Thank you

Atlas delivered a sofa for me. I live on the second floor of an apartment bloke, so it's a bit awkward.The two gentlemen who came to do the delivery made it look easy. Making sure they took their shoes off every time they entered my apartment even though I said it wasn't necessary.They had to dismantle the sofa, which I knew beforehand. This was done quickly and they put protective covering on everything once again.I was very impressed with the delivery and the two people doing the work.Highly recommended, very professional service.
