I bought this alarm for my grandma as she is getting older and me and my mum tend to worry about her. She wanted to keep her independence and this alarm has been a great solution! The customer service team were very friendly and helpful and the set up of the alarm was easy! I would definitely recommend this for elderly relatives.

I have bought this product for my grandmother as it was something i was looking into for her, done some shopping around and then picked my choice rang up and was welcomed by a lovely customer service that guided me through the product to its full details, it was delivered in the time frame they gave me and My Grandmother is very happy with it :D would highly reccomend to anyone.

This company cold called my Auntie who has dementia and persuaded her to have one of their questionable products. She was never going to be able to use it, it was returned but no refund was ever received. Please do not cold call vulnerable people!!!only one star because I cannot leave it emptyMoney was definatly taken out ofher account by yourselves, the item was returned I get absolutely no pleasure trying to protect my family from cold callers. I have called and left messages, with no reply. Still waiting for a call back today?Just checked, item returned to address on websiteand signed for by Donna on 16/9/21.Looks like you are not going to refund so could I ask you please, plesedo not contact my Aunt again, she is very vulnerable!!

I purchased a personal alarm for my grandma last year from First Line Protect and I am really satisfied with the product. Not only does this reassure my grandma that help is a call away but it also enables me to feel more relaxed about leaving her on her own, especially at her age. The service is reflected within the price and I can not recommend enough.

COLD CALLERS BASED IN PHILLIPINES!Grandfather received several calls regarding a personal alarm through this company.He has Alzheimer's and struggles to record basic conversations. HE CANNOT make responsible decisions independently because of this!!The company managed to encourage him to make an initial payment of over £30 which would be taken another two times after that via direct debit. (This is as far as we are aware; it could have be a lot more).Another family member has since realised what has happened and cancelled all bank details.This company preys on the vulnerable!!!!!FURTHER TO THIS MESSAGE: Family since received a further call. Explained the situation and how he doesn't want this service they were offering to which the lady hung up!This was absolutely disgusting!
