I have had a couple of sessions with Adele and she really sorted out my back and shoulder pain. She is friendly, put me at my ease and funny too! She knows her stuff and understood the cause and remedies for my issues. I highly recommend her and would def go back to see her again.

I’ve been to Darren only a couple of times, and it’s like magic. His experience in detecting problems and advising on remedies is incredible.While others might encourage repeat appointments, he always works with a view to you managing any issue yourself, so “Come back only if you feel you need to”.Would wholeheartedly recommend!

Adele changed my life!! I went into the practice unable to move my neck due to a nasty injury I sustained whilst training, and after 1 session I had 95% of my mobility back.Prices are good, and the place is super easy to find.

After trying a numerous amount of physios with no real results or answers I was put in touch with Adele, she referred me for an MRI (with mind boggling fast scan results). I had my first treatment last night and my back feels the best it has in a long time. Adele broke the scan results and treatment plan into relatable terms I can understand with no confusion. Would highly recommend to anyone!

I saw Adele a couple of times for my lower back pain and will definitely keep going back. My back feels so much better thanks to Adele, she’s very knowledgeable and really takes the time to listen and explain, plus she’s so fun and has a very warm personality.

My teenage son was treated by Darren and Adele over a short period of time. The treatment and advice given was fantastic. I myself was treated for a lower back issue recently by Adele. The treatment was excellent and I have exercises to do to ensure I maximise my recovery. I was shown what to do. Friendly practice with experienced practitioners. I would highly recommend.

Yesterday, I had a session with Adele. Over the past 6 months, I have visited another osteopath, a physical therapist and a shoulder specialist for what I thought was a persistent shoulder / upper back issue. All of their treatment helped but my recovery was at a plateau. I'm so glad that I visited Adele, she was able to identify that the issue was actually connected to my neck and with some manipulations + needle treatment she was able to alleviate my pain. It's only been 1 day, but I am feel the best that I have felt since March. Thank you Adele!
