L&A Lettings

Have been renting a property with L&A for 6 years and haven't a bad word to say. They have been a fantastic letting agent, lovely staff, and sort any issues as soon as possible, usually within a day or two. Always easy to get hold of and communication is great. Highly recommend using this company.

I can confidently recommend the services that are provided by L&A Lettings. My experience with them is as a landlord, however I know that they have the best interests of tenants and landlords at heart.L&A Lettings have been fully managing my property for over 8 years. The staff members are polite, professional, and simply brilliant. They consult and advise you on managing your rental property, and always keep you well informed. L&A Lettings really have taken the stress out of being a landlord by managing my property, tenants, and planned/unplanned events. They have the knowledge, experience, and processes/systems in place to provide an excellent service for tenants and landlords.I do use other letting agencies in areas not covered by L&A Lettings and can say that L&A Lettings is by far the best letting agency that I have used.

Working with Lyndon and his extended team has been great. I will definitely be using L&A lettings here on out and would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

From the first call I made to L&A Lettings at the beginning of 2022 when I was looking to rent to the time I gave them my 'Notice to Quit', their service has been nothing short of outstanding.Their letting process is straightforward and their staff understandable, Paul Wilkinson in particular.They are truly a stellar Letting Agent that do not just let and forget. They rang me at spaced intervals to check all is well with me and if I was happy in the property.I have recommended L&A Lettings to friends and family and would continue to recommend them.

Been using L & A for a couple of years now and things have worked smoothly for me and the tenants. They are up to date with advice on relevant legislation, and are able to help with landlords responsibilities.I have just experienced a change of tenants where some minor damage and other issues were left, and unfortunately denied.The documentation kept by L & A, and their firm and fair approach dealing with the issue, meant a speedy resolve was achieved.Their position offering properties is well known in the locality and prospective renters clearly frequent the web site. An excess of potential renters applied for my property and they were able to sort through and invite suitable people for an open day to view the property. This resulted in new, and vetted, tenants able to occupy within a short period……..minimising lost income.I have an arrangement with them whereby they will inform me of any works required for tenants with an option to undertake it myself or let them organise it. This is very useful and reassuring when we are away or the work is beyond my scope. On the occasions I have used them their charges were reasonable from their retained tradespeople.All staff I have dealt with have been friendly and helpful, Darren and Richard are both professional and efficient, visiting properties as required and responding to emails quickly, which is my primary communication method with them.All in I am happy to recommend them to both tenants and landlords.

Steer clear of this so called letting agent. All we had was lies for nearly 5 years. The worst experience I had was with a director called Richard Hall which I had to insist he left the premises after the way he spoke to my partner then suprise suprise an eviction notice was given to my 12 year old daughter in an open envelope two weeks later. Im surprised Richard Hall can direct himself home at night. I'm sure they will respond to my honest review with more lies. STEER CLEAR. update to your response, why would the landlord move back in when he lives next door and ive not seen any for sale adverts for the property. You have just proven you tell lies. my advice to anyone steer clear and i suggest searching the one star reviews before doing anything.

During the 5 years I’ve been a tenant of L&A Lettings they have always been efficient with any problems we have had in the property. Very easy to get in contact with and always willing to help with any issues.
