Fantastic tours, great value and introduction to Edinburgh.Enjoyed the first tour of the Edinburgh Old town so much, then did tours with guides Olga and Nick to New town and to Deans Village. Group numbers were small (1-4 people on the days I went) so easy to hear the guide, and walks tailored to group interests.Got to see a heap of places that I would never have found or got access to myself. Has given me a real appreciation for not just the architecture but also the history and current life in Edinburgh. Thanks so much Olga and Nick!PS 3 hours of walking, plenty of stops, wear good walking shoes...

I and a group of friends only had a couple of days in Edinburgh and we made the excellent choice of Olga's architecture tour. She was really personable, very knowledgable and really showed us some wonderful spots! I would highly recommend. Even gave me some tips of places to check out after the tour. Much appreciated!

Really enjoyable tour of the New Town - I learned more about it in a few hours than I had in living in Edinburgh for over 20 years :-) Olga is a great tour guide, she's obviously put in a huge amount of effort into creating her tours and is very knowledgeable about architecture and history. Lots of really fun and interesting facts, visited quite a few places I've never been before (including Queen Street Gardens), and it was great to finish at the Cumberland Bar for a few cool drinks and chat with Olga and the others some more. This tour is great both for tourists who are visiting Edinburgh and also for residents (like myself) who may have lived here for years but don't know much about the history and architecture of the city :-) Olga's got a great personality and made a real effort to make the tour as fun and enjoyable as possible for the group.

We had a fabulous tour of the Old Town with Olga as our guide. She was extremely knowledgeable and informative about the history of Edinburgh, and its architectural development. As a group of architects and engineers, she catered the tour towards our interests and the group said it was the best city tour they'd had. Olga also arranged an excellent talk and tour by the architect of the ECCI, Calum Duncan. Would highly recommend Cobble Tales for the quality and variety of tours, attention to detail, friendly and informative approach.

I had a great time on a tour of Architecture of Money and learnt a lot about Edinburgh New Town in only two hours. Thanks to Olga for creating a safe and friendly environment for all visitors. I would definitely recommend Cobble Tales and hopefully will join their other tours soon.

Went on an architecture tour, and little did I know that it's is also great as an Edinburgh history tour! Be ready for lots of walking, but you don’t really notice as there is such variety of places to see - from large open spaces to tiny garden courtyards. Totally worth it!

Me and family loved the architectural audio tour in Edinburgh Old Town. At the same time, we had all the freedom to stop for photos, food, and shopping. The narration is very clear, lively and informative. Both architects and non architects in the family enjoyed this experience, thank you!

Being educated as an architect, I really appreciated Olga’s in-depth knowledge of Glasgow’s architecture and history. She was engaging and readily responded to all the questions from the two couples on the tour. My wife and I are experienced world travelers and Olga was one of the best tour guides we ever had.

I went on the 5-hour architecture tour in the Old Town, Edinburgh with Olga. The Scottish weather was 'iffy' at best but we got to see a great deal of the old city, learned a lot more than I knew before of the history, and was shown all sorts of little of the beaten path architecture and historic gems. The lunch was great (in an old Scottish Law Library) and I enjoyed the entire day. The guide was well informed, pleasant and was interesting in debating architectural opinions. I highly recommend this tour.

The Old Town tour with Agustina was fantastic! I was very lucky that since I visited during Edinburgh's winter off-season it was a de facto private tour. Agustina is very knowledgeable about architecture and conservation and even has multiple masters degrees in these subjects. More importantly she did a great job leading the tour and keeping things interesting, even for someone like me with minimal knowledge of architecture. The two and a half hours flew by. Great experience for anyone looking to explore Old Town!
