Great? Nothing.Improvements? Hot food, Be nice for the manager to crack his face with a smile, and make conversation sometimes, not a massive discussion, but a smile and hello would go a long way. ( why is he in this job? if he dislikes it so much?) Although he was not on duty yesterday, and we were met with someone who did greet us pleasantly....Once again my chicken, was cold, a hot plate might have helped. even though we had asked our waitress (Freya) to make sure it was hot.

The food was not great. I ordered the signature fish n chips, and basically, it was fish skin and chips! For £15 I expected actual fish. I should've gone to the sea front instead!

Came for some dinner with my family. Came out quicker than expected and thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Our Server was extremely polite. We all had a brilliant evening, and ended up staying longer than we originally planned as there was a surprise DJ in the bar :)

Came in for a family meal was welcomed at the door and had a great fast service even with a busy restaurant.Steaks were cooked perfectly.To end the night there was a Dj my daughter loved it as a nice surprise.Would recommend!

Been before and it was always good but today was a bit shocking. Ordered a medium well steak and got given rare, asked for it re-cooked and it looked like it got blowtorched with the inside still rare and outside then tasting like charcoal. I think I’ll stick to the Rayleigh one thanks

Was with a family of 18. The staff was helpful accommodating once sitting down. The food was decent, especially the fish & chips with salad options.Decent value for money. Would recommend with a large family.
