This is our second time using Owen White & Catlin, Hammersmith. We instructed them to handle the legal side of our property purchase.We worked with Joyce Lim who was an absolute pleasure to work with, she is incredibly efficient and professional. She was always on hand if we needed clarity/ advice on anything.We were always kept us updated with progress, we never once had to chase and we managed to complete 1-month ahead of schedule which was a bonus!We would definitely recommend Owen White & Catlin Solicitors - they go the extra mile!!!

Jeremy Rayner pretty much refused to do business with me when I questioned whether the other party really required legal representation on the premise that I am not listening to his recommendations. He also steered me away from the firm saying that my previous laywers must have a conveyancing department, so I should use them instead of his company. He also refused to give me a quote without discussing the value of the property first saying that the fee is dependent on the value. I expected the amount of work to be roughly the same no matter what the property value was, however, but mentioning this annoyed him.

I have been working with Owen White & Catlin Solicitors on two separate matters. One has just concluded and one will be very soon.
